Please note that canceling your enrollment or registration may result in a cancellation fee, which will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Policy If you have canceled your enrollment or registration before the course or webinar begins, we will provide you with a full refund of the purchase price. However, if you have already accessed any course materials or attended any part of the live webinar, we will not be able to provide you with a refund.

If you believe that you are entitled to a refund due to technical issues or other valid reasons, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the course or webinar start date. We will review your request and issue a refund within 7 banking days if we find it to be valid.

Please note that Digital Transformation Hub reserves the right to cancel courses or webinars at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, including low enrollment or technical issues. In such cases, we will provide you with a full refund of the purchase price.
